• Request and Complaint Management Information: Records regarding your complaints and requests.

3. Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Reasons

• Fulfillment of legal obligation,
• Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following persons and institutions within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
• Authorized public institutions and organizations,
• Our business partners, suppliers and service providers,
• Companies providing data processing services at home and abroad,
• Judicial authorities and supervisory authorities in order to fulfill our legal obligations.
When your personal data needs to be transferred abroad, the transfer will be made by providing the assurances specified in KVKK and relevant legislation.

5. Your Rights as a Data Owner

As data owners, you have the following rights within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK:
• Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,
• Requesting information regarding if it has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Requesting its deletion or destruction in case the reasons requiring processing disappear,
• Requesting notification of transactions made to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• Request compensation for your damage in case you suffer damage due to illegal processing.
